The location is close to the waterfront.

For the price paid per night it was not worth it. The hotel is aging, slow elevators, no view, and dated finishings. Marriot should close this location.

Room and Staff

Elevators were acting up and the pool was dark and stairs to the pool were very confusing and lead you to some kind of mall. Paying for the parking for one night was expensive.

Beds are comfy. Staff are good.

Extra charge for parking. This hotel is not clean at all. Extra charge for breakfast. Breakfast is not self service. Poor service.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom was bright & had a nice mirror.

The room was dirty. I found potato chips from previous guests, hair everywhere, the fridge was dirty. It was obvious the carpet was not vacuumed from the previous guest. The heating unit was full of dust, so it would be very bad for someone with allergies

Continuous noise during the day from the renovation in the hotel. We've never been advised before our arrival. It was infernal!

Restaurant nearby. Clean and comfortable. Great friendly and helpful staff.

Renovations made entrance and elevator use awkward and was noisy.

Down town, close to restaurants and amenities

Bed pillows were dirty and blood stained. Also bath towels.

Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff were also friendly, professional and helpful.

The young man on the front desk was wonderful. The parking garage was full and he sent us to another lot-no charge. He was so informative and really nice.

Amy checked us in and she was fabulous. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but she made sure they got on it right away.

The location is just fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

Television was surprisingly outdated. Not a big deal by any means, but simply unexpected.

By far the best thing about this hotel was the staff - They were very helpful, kind and made me feel like a valued guest.

My only issue with this hotel is some of the interior/room is dated and in need of maintenance. But considering the price point, excellent service and great location I would still highly recommend

Great location for walking around downtown and reasonably priced

Pool could have seemed a bit cleaner (seemed like there was stuff floating around) and was disappointed that there's no longer a hot tub (Google images was deceiving, obviously old photos)

The breakfast was lovely I really liked the Greek yogurt.

I was really disappointed there was no hot tub. I booked this stay because they used to have a hot tub. I left one hotel to come here just for that reason.

Old building means old pipes. Both the shower and toilet wouldn't drain.

The cold water at the desk was wonderful. The pool was great, and clean. LOVED the bed!

Signage on the stairs that level one was the lobby. I took the stairs from the 4th floor, but was hard to confirm where to get out when all you could see was parking garages from 1 and Basement.

Arrival into parking garage. Big Purple wall with arrows to guide you to the small first parking lot and absolutely no indication as to where the secondary parking is!! Carry on with the Purple walls for the ¿hotel ¿ parking. Worked well for zone 1
