Cons -
- The elevator was broke, and they refused to give us another room on the lower level as we had a handicap person with us who couldn’t make it up the stairs.
- Rude poor quality poor customer service just was a terrible stay
- The hotel was close to highway and window was broken and won’t shut. Tape was used to try to fix this and had continuous highway noise. I had to sleep with pillow over my head! Door did not seal good and could see through this and safety latch was missing
