The location was good .
Needs to be renovated.. very old and dingy

Spacious rooms
The fact that check in was at 3 and they didn't have my room ready until 5:15. The roaches, the loud guest, and the fact that the police, fire department, and EMS had to come out due to domestic violence on the property. They tried to charge me for late check out though my check in was delayed due to staffing shortages (house-keeping).

The people were really great and the location was good.
It was just gross. I mean visible poop and/or blood stains on the sheets. I am not picky but this one was hard for me.
