- Beautiful facility and great location to walk around North end, near the Old North Church and Paul Revere house. Lots of fine restaurants.
- North End location
- Upper class feel, loved the robes and slippers.
Cons -
- It would have been nice to have a fridge. And a pool.
- The Hotel lists itself as pet friendly, but no where does it say there is a $100 pet fee. We paid an additional $150 per night for a water view room, our room was facing another building, with water between us, I expected to actually see the harbor.
- The room was not ready at our check-in time. The staff was short and not overly helpful. The internet did not work. The air conditioning did not work.
