Nice spacious room.

Didn’t like the $40/day property fee or the $100/day incidental fee. This property fee is something new with your hotels. You advertise one price and then tack on more fees once the guest arrives. Deceptive advertising. Class action lawsuit coming.

Beautiful and updated north end hotel on quiet corner yet close to everything

Quality and location

- Was a bit pricey to begin with and then add daily parking at $60 and also had a $35 daily resort fee.

We paid extra for a water view. We had a view of a tree. Coffee machine leaked. Bathroom had 2 doors, 1 wouldn’t close. Bathroom fan didn’t work. $--- per night for local fee, for what. Shocking.

The location was perfect, it was close everything and the subway. The property itself was very quiet with nice water views.

The only thing I didn’t like was I couldn’t find the ice machine but that’s no big deal.

Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning website said pool and spa meaning hot tub which there was not and no continental breakfast for the price of the motel there should be those amenities

Beautiful facility and great location to walk around North end, near the Old North Church and Paul Revere house. Lots of fine restaurants.

Upper class feel, loved the robes and slippers.

It would have been nice to have a fridge. And a pool.

I loved the locatation , being right on the waterfront walk and a block from the north end.

The Hotel lists itself as pet friendly, but no where does it say there is a $100 pet fee. We paid an additional $150 per night for a water view room, our room was facing another building, with water between us, I expected to actually see the harbor.

The room was not ready at our check-in time. The staff was short and not overly helpful. The internet did not work. The air conditioning did not work.

Amenities like breakfast and decent lobby coffee were absent. The hotel felt like it was straight out of the 80s. The doorman gave me misinformation about the cost of parking in the area. Resort fee was $50 higher than expected.

It?s very pretty and I enjoyed that it was in good location in the North End.

Somehow we got checked out of our room at 9am so when we returned with our breakfast at 10 we were unable to get back in our room and it was a bit of a headache. Also, we were charged $60 to park our car which we were unaware of.

Parking is a nightmare. Valet only for $50/night. No mini-fridges in rooms. You can request one, but according to the rude front desk lady "they only have a few" for the entire hotel and it's first come. There was no mini-fridge for my 3-night stay.
