The location is very good very close to the city center and all the attractions
Our room was next to the elevator shaft, every moving of the elevator make a lot of noise and shake the room like earth quake. The fan in the shower room didn’t work. The shower has no curtains and the water splash all over.

Nice lobby with hot apple cider in the afternoon. Nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Clean, quiet room wit comfortable beds.

The a/c was broke. We checked out the first day and had to go to another hotel

Nice hotel, really nice rooms, bathroom was decent, really nice view, service staff was nice, helpful and friendly. All in all it’s a nice hotel for sure.
Bathroom door and sconce in bathroom were broken. Prices were on par with other hotels in major cities price wise, and same as others there’s no free coffee in the morning. I get no free breakfast but $6 for a not great cup of coffee just annoying for a $700-$800 a night room. It’s a little irksome, but on par with what I’ve experienced in other hotels. They did have a nespresso machine in the rooms but just wanted a cup of coffee…

It's a great hotel in a great location.
The double doors to the bathroom were awkward and banged when closed. The glass door around the toilet provided NO sound or smell privacy!

Very close to our son's apartment. Room spacious. Quiet.
No minibar. Water pressure low. Ants in the bathroom.

The room is clean
The AC vent location was facing the bed, and hitting us in the face.(and no way to close the vent)..which wasn't the most comfortable , maybe they could change the vent location blowing toward the door and not toward the bed...that would make more sense!..also we brought back some waters back to the room to put in the fridge ,but fridge was unplugged

We were given an upgrade by Dorothy at the front desk. We had a lovely corner room overlooking the harbor. Very elegant and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel and great staff.
