Pros +
- Trust and believe all the other reviews, the only good thing about this hotel is the location amd views, and I'll say it was clean too, apart from that do not expect anything more, rooms outdated, there is only ONE restaurant with mediocre food.
- The location of the villa was perfect, ocean view close to swimming pools and restaurant
- People working there were terrific! Food was excellent
Cons -
- Staff are unpleasant and seem unhappy working there, apart from one lady who was in the bar on the left by the hotel swimming pool, she was very nice. The alcohol selection is below well, not sure what they call it, but don't drink it. Disgusting.
- More activities for kids, only a few beach chairs at the beach for the resort, more variety for kids menu at the restaurant.
- Beds were barely adequate

People working there were terrific! Food was excellent

Staff were great. Meals were generally good, though leftovers used the next day caused me stomach problems one night/next day.
So large it was hard to get around without waiting for shuttles. Black out blinds were very dirty on outside/balcony side. Left overs used next day were bad sometimes.
