Throughly enjoyed our stay .. no issues at all.Regret leaving and going to the Hard Rock hotel for our universal section of the trip.
I had an issue when I arrived. Booking.com must’ve have messed up somehow and we weren’t on the system which was abit stressful. The lady on the front of house left me standing at reception for what felt like 10 minutes with no updates as to what was happening. It was all resolved in the end and love every minute there after.

The hotel is gorgeous. Amazing pool. Love they they have a kids club.
Can't believe how bad the service was-ESPECIALLY for a 5-star hotel. Nonstop construction going on throughout the day that we could hear in our room and IN THE SPA! Shuttles to Disney run very infrequently, which I didnt realize when I booked.

Hotel is gorgeous & very clean. Housekeeping comes every day & does an excellent job. Staff were amazing! Every single person was fantastic. Level of service here was very best part -best service in 5 years across many 5 star properties.
Valet is $45 a day & seemed busy often but still delivered cars on time
