This is a very nice small hotel in a small town, just outside of Baden. They have a restaurant in the ground floor, and the hotel rooms in the upper floors, the bus stop is about 300 m away, and you can find several restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies within 500 m. The hotel owner was very friendly and nice, and spoke Spanish and English, which was great as my German is rudimentary (to say the least). The surroundings of the hotel are also very nice, with a park nearby and not so busy roads. My room was small, but had all necessary for a super comfortable stay. Internet connection allowed me to work remotely without issue. The restaurant was also very nice.

Before arriving I was not aware of two things: they have a check-in schedule, so you should pay attention to it, and the rooms are accessible only by stairs. I didn't mind as I had small luggage, but probably its worth to mention if you need to consider people with reduced mobility.

Clean, updated appointments, out of the way.

Neighborhood street noise going past the window. Not unexpected for a summer evening but still a little disturbing after a day of travel.

I stayed for five nights at Hotel Neuhaus. I liked the location, the ambiance, the quietness and the comfort of the place. The room was large and the service provided fit very well our needs.

The room was as expected. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant downstairs.

The hosts were very professional and welcoming. They listened to and accomdated our needs without question. They even prepared us breakfast the night before so that we could eat in the morning as we left at 5am. The room and bathroom were clean, bright and comfortable. I appreciated that there was a fan in the room and access to a coffee machine and tea kettle. We had everything we needed - highly recommend!

Nice hotel maintained by the owner, friendly staff, proximity to the City of Baden (even in walking distance, 20 mins else by car or public transport). Spacious room, comfortable bed, perfectly clean. Grocery stores, pharmacy, ATM nearby (across the road basically). Great choice of meals for my dinner with friends on Sunday night. I can recommend paying a visit to the thermal fountain / day spa (fortyseven.ch). Will surely come again!

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Monday.

Liked the open terrace outside our room. Enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant, friendly relaxed atmosphere and excellent food.
