- Breakfast was good. Location was very good, very close to Times Square with option to take a shuttle.

- I was under the impression that the hotel offered a shuttle service, but instead they just provide a map and directions to nearby shuttle services. To me, this was not ideal traveling with children thinking we would have direct drop off at the hotel. The elevator was also broken. We stayed for two nights and were told it would be fixed in the morning when checking in, it wasn't. We understand things happen. They also do not allow you to take breakfast back to your hotel room, which is uncomfortable if you do not want to eat in a crowded dining room.
