- Trouble figuring out their new thermostats. Breakfast was ok. They usually have GF options. All out when I asked.
- Needed to check in at 1:30pm to get dressed for a party. They apologized and said 100 people had check out that morning. I was like perfect, I just need one. Check in is a 3pm so we dress in a bathroom. Super annoying.
