The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was such a great convenience, with many food choices offered. The location was great for Disney and Universal. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the Mexas Taco restaurant across the street from the hotel. We got takeout for dinner several nights and ate out by the hotel pool. The pool and hot tub were also great.
The billing was a bit confusing. We are working that out with the hotel.

Very nice hotel, with a very spacious room, very well equipped, the hotel has also a very big parking and the staff was very nice

Best hotel gym I've seen in a long time. Dumbbells to 85lbs , cable crossover chest machine and leg press. Lots of cardio equipment but who needs that when you're hitting up the parks

The location was good. The rooms were nice and kept clean. Staff was courteous and helpful.
The breakfast was the same for all days of stay. There needs to be a change in the menu so that people who stay for 2 or more days can experience a different menu.

I am very satisfied with this hotel, good price, big room, super clean, good breakfast, great location
The only thing I can complaint about is the size of the beds.. full, I think, is a small bed when you travel with your family. I would have loved queen beds.

Great size room very clean and quiet. Part of 3 hotels together in this block so shared some of the services. The shared gym was great and very quiet. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice
All utensils in the room and breakfast area were plastic or paper disposables - why. Must be cost! Also I found it strange that the Starbucks and the food village was closed late morning and early afternoon - why!
