It is convenient location; close to restaurants and it provided shuttle.

The noise level in the atrium and the room.

The accommodations that came with the hotel made it worth the cost.

All the staff were amazing but had one rude staff member during check out. That?s the only negative experience of the whole stay

Loved the look and feel of this adorable boutique hotel. Great rooftop restaurant.

Valet didn?t help load our bags when we left. I had to load the bags while the guy just stood there waiting for a tip. Very awkward. Also nothing against the hotel but solicitors and drug addicts are everywhere as soon as you leave asking for money.

I would¿ve like a pool or hot tub and a bath in the bathroom.

The internet was painfully slow. It was very loud at night as I tried to sleep.

We were met with an amazing staff member who treated us with top class priority and a glass of champagne! He gave us an available upgrade, recommendations and made sure we knew all the amenities they offered. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff!

This hotel requires a $300 deposit for incidentals which is not stated at time of booking. We had an inside foyer view room which was expected but the curtains are designed in such a way that they can’t be closed and they are not back out.

Guy at the front desk was super accomodating. Room was nice and big. Not a ton of people but it is a pandemic and we checked out on election day.

Location was good but everything in the city was boarded up. Just sad. Portland seemed like a nice place but sad to see it in that condition

The bed was extremely comfortable. Wanted to sleep in all day.

There should have been signs in the Fitness Center reminding people to wear masks.

The hotel was convenient for our trip. It is located in the heart of Portland and convenient to the max line. I loved the color scheme and the shower was amazing.

Location location location! Restaurants are both great. Room was clean and pretty. Staff was helpful and very nice!

I like the downtown location. The bartender at the roof top bar was friendly and accommodating. The room was larger than expected, but there was a cigarette hole in the curtain and no room in the mini fridge for our left overs from dinner.

The valet that greeted us when I asked where to park was very dismissive. He seemed unwelcoming. I booked the hotel for the acclaimed roof top bar, which was very disappointing. It was very small and in need of remodeling. Our room needed dusting.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice. Area was great to catch commercial transit. Food at the hotel was delicious! Note to God: how about rain only at night?? haha

I booked the hotel which is located in Portland Oregon. An hour later I realized that I made a mistake as we were traveling through Portland Maine. The manager refused compensation of any form.

The room was fabulous. They treated my daughter, for whom I had gotten the room, like royalty.

1) after i made my res, I wanted another night. I called the hotel direct n was put on hold for 14 mins. when they answered I complained, she gave excuses, I said hire more people, n she hung up on me. 2) staff charged mu daughter, not me, as requested

Waiting in long lines for everything including valet and to check in. Parking at $49/night is ridiculous. And, seriously, no coffee in the room???? You are not all that and a bag of chips for the price.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location is right in the heart of downtown Portland, with so much to do within walking distance.

The room was small, with no real sitting area. There was a desk with a chair and one additional chair, but they weren't great for just hanging out and chatting.

The rooms were small, food was very overpriced for what it was and there wasn't many options on the menu, cost a arm and a leg for parking, the whole first level smelled like cigarette smoke from people out front smoking.
