This is an average hotel in its price range. The staff was nice. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was average. The bathroom and room are nicely sized. The shower was great. It was what we needed.

Location is convenient. Hotel is clean
Booked two rooms with two beds each. Got them with one bed. Room 214 smelled like toilet paper

Staff were kind and very welcoming. I felt very comfortable in my hotel room.
The TV was alittle outdated. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Good location, spacious room. The staff was friendly.
I was there for a weekend and no one cleaned or came into my room. The air conditioner worked well but was very loud with a rattle that woke me up multiple times during the night. The room keys lost programming -- had to go to the front desk each day I was there to get the cards reset. When I went to checkout there were no one at the front desk and had to wait for 15 minutes until someone showed up.

Breakfast was good would have liked food a little hotter however. Room/bathroom clean. Friendly staff.
Would be nice to have all or half of pool covered...water was very warm & too hot to be in direct sunlight. Would like ice machines on every floor!

Everything was great. The staff was some of the best I have ever met. Omar was very accommodating during check-in. The woman serving breakfast was very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our breakfast was great. The food was excellent. Great job by the cook. We will definitely recommend this hotel. We will be visiting again.

Convenient location to my needs.
Card keys had to be reprogrammed halfway through the stay. Breakfast should be included as it once was. Prices have risen substantially while services have been eliminated. The hotel is no longer worth the higher pricing.
