Very loud. Lobby was so chaotic since both hotel guest and health club check in. Hallways outside of room extremely loud

You could definitely hear weights being dropped from the athletic club, but it wasn?t too bad and only during the day

The athletic center offerings..pools, yoga on the rooftop, Les Mills spin, the cleanliness, stram room, restaurant!!

It's a tad far from downtown, but the resort-like health facilities makes up for it.

Yes, they charged us $--- on top of what we paid for gym that we didn't use and they don't have a nice restaurant so we had to uber to go out to eat.

It was very nice. Located perfectly for us to attend a wedding reception.. There is a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an indoor pool and hot tub.

Wrong room type while I paid for a King Room was dirty as well. Leftover socks etc

Rooms, clean and free parking!

Rooftop bar was closed and catered to the Yoga class at sunset, also having to sit at decent restaurant, sharing space with people sitting next to us all sweaty from gym/tennis session was not a good experience/ Also the tv had no variety, no spanish.

Imagine yourself staying an expensive room with a gym Club membership. No doubt we book the place because of the gym. It has a few places to eat and shop nearby.

There only two floor with hotel rooms. So if you get the fourth floor the third floor with all the free weights and boxing classes starts at 5am. They provide ear plugs but I¿m a light and sensitive sleeper. This did not go well for me.

It¿s a bit noisy, strange thumping sounds, bed was hard for my taste, shower lost pressure intermittently.

The free parking was the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are small and cramped, the bathrooms had no ventilation so nothing dried fully. Staff is oblivious to needs of hotel guests. There was no explanation of how to utilize the athletic club.

Small rooms. You have to ask for housekeeping services each day; when we requested it they did not come. The staff are borderline rude and do not care for the hotel guests. The members of the athletic club are snooty and rude making for an awkward environ

Unique experience, customer service was solid and location was cool. If I had more time I may have enjoyed it more.

Bad shower water pressure, king size bed too small (feet hanging off), sheets were scratchy and not quality, mattress was junk. No AM coffee at their "gym" cafe? Overall an underwhelming experience for the price on a SUNDAY night in the dead of winter.

It was great to be able to utilize the athletic club facilities. The food at the Hotel restaurant was superb. Every employee we came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel employeew, who checked us in was very knowledgeable of the area.

Close to family

Our room was above the free weight room and people working out early in the morning were repeatedly dropping heavy weights which was very loud and woke us up. Next time I will ask for a room on the fifth floor or north side of the fourth floor.

sat. night 3 or 4 rooms with tons of kids and adults were loud and in halls until 11:15

Very modern and Ideal for our night before going into downtown. Included parking in the resort fee is nice!

No- I can’t wait to visit when all the amenities of the club are open (sauna/steam room/hot tub closed bc of COVID).

The room is very nice, spacious and very clean.. the staff are very friendly I really liked the pool and the way the sanitize and clean every thing.
