Very good room lots of space. Good central location on the Strip. Excellent amenities in hotel for bars and restaurants.
Mini bar in room was electronic so any item moved was charged and was very expensive eg small bottle of water $14,

Spacious and luxurious rooms, elevators super fast, a 24hr snack bar near the entrance, great view of the sphere from some rooms, big and clean bathroom, great pool area
Location not ideal, more towards the Bellagio would be better

Luxurious rooms, terrific resort and casino. Staff were outstanding. From Checkin, valet and bell staff, there is nothing they won’t do to make your stay extra special.

We loved our room/suite, very spacious, clean restroom was amazing lots of mirror space for 3 women, the restaurants options were amazing! Totally loved the vibe! Beautiful hotel! We got there early and asked if possible early check in, and Cristina was very helpful in accomadating us, she checked and made it happen! Gave us some free champagne passes for the Birthday Celebration. Loved the hotel, the experience and will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! If you are thinking about staying, think NO MORE you will not be disappointed.

The location is in an excellent place. The hotel itself is in immaculate condition. So beautiful.
When i got to the hotel at 10pm, they had given my room away. After speaking with management, they were able to accommodate us and gave us a discount.

Loved everything! The Palazzo is like a little indoor city with lots of shopping, food courts, restaurants and all surrounded by a relaxing canal and blue sky. Room was big, clean and comfortable. We had the Sphere view which was amazing and well worth the extra. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Additional guests (13 and older) are $50.00 per person, per night. For Prestige level, additional guests between the ages of 5 and 20 are $50, and guests 21 and older are $75 per person, per night.
