- Location/ shuttle Breakfast buffet was pretty good
- The location and the airport shuttle.
- Easy to get to the airport for an early flight and the dinner at the bar was really good

- Staff is overwhelmed, but most stay one day and move on, so same thing next day with new group
- the food delivery service with deliveroo was abysmal. Holiday Inn should cease all referalls to this company as it considers the airport outside its primary delivery serivice area. Time for delivery was over 3 hours!!!!!
- When we arrived for dinner on the day of the US Thanksgiving, there was a Thanksgiving dinner available for 21 Euros each. The dinners were cold, the flavor was not good and we only received half of what was supposed to be included. We order second meals
