- Restaurant menu was overpriced and subpar quality food. Restaurant service was outstanding though.
- Staff is overwhelmed, but most stay one day and move on, so same thing next day with new group
- the food delivery service with deliveroo was abysmal. Holiday Inn should cease all referalls to this company as it considers the airport outside its primary delivery serivice area. Time for delivery was over 3 hours!!!!!

The location and the airport shuttle.
When we arrived for dinner on the day of the US Thanksgiving, there was a Thanksgiving dinner available for 21 Euros each. The dinners were cold, the flavor was not good and we only received half of what was supposed to be included. We order second meals
