Pros +
- The location and the staff.
- It was located in a great area. I didn’t have to pay for parking. The entrance is lovely, and welcoming.
- The woman at the front desk was nice.
Cons -
- My room was not stocked with bath cloths and the heater didn’t work
- The bed was wrinkled when I arrived. The temperature was set on 66degrees and it was 20 outside. The room had no exciting features. I waited 15minutes for staff to come to desk to check me in. Why is the deposit $100?
- I paid to stay at a nice hotel or at least I thought while I was getting in late and needed to leave at 4am the next morning. I just wanted a bed and a shower. The shower didn’t work. I feel that I should be reimbursed for this stay.

Convenient hospital, quick breakfast and great staff, except for night manager.
The night manager and his inability to make things right.
