- Location, staff, great breakfast. Very friendly and confident stay.
Cons -
- Quiet hours were posted for 9 pm to 7 am. Partying until 3 am next door. No coffee filter for coffee makers room. Front door was closed. Pouring rain. Had to used side door. Got soaking wet. No apology.

- The hotel room smelled like urine. Roaches in the hallway of the hotel The breakfast attendant was RUDE and I had to ask her twice to bring out the waffle mix. She was in the kitchen on her phone and ignoring my request. This hotel has gone down hill.
