The beachfront, the friendliness of the staff. The drinks were delicious.. I felt very special for my 50th birthday.

Amenities

The air conditioning didn't work properly, maintenance crew verified but didn't resolve issue. The main dinning area was also hot, air-conditioning was to low. Dining reservation at other restaurants where always full.

The atmosphere was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Info was not always the same & activities/excursions not advertised much. Only 2 restaurants for your stay w/a reservation. Totally "booked" unless we purchased high end bottles of liquor for a reservation.

the staff at the buffet and bar and cleaning crew. Also great buffet better than any recommended restaurant. Mediterraneo restaurant though was not good. Thank God for the buffet !

Coming 2 tour was a nightmare at the beginning. Omar who booked us gave us no details, so when we showed up at 7:30 AM the bus had left. We were told the booking was non-refundable, luckily after a lot of pressure they gave us a different tour.

The activities at the pool

The rooms are old, AC does not work. I had to change rooms several times and still had the same issue. Minibar refrigerator stopped working, bugs like scorpion found in the room, bathroom was flooding, staff did not make much effort to resolve the issue.

The restaurant staff, bartenders, and entertainment staff were absolutely amazing!!!! The beach was clean and well taken care of.

The lobby staff and supervisors were horrible!! They suggested we have a twin pull away brought to the room and never brought it to the room, even after 4 calls to ask if they were still coming. They deactivated our room keys and we missed our reservation

Staff was very friendly, always willing to help. The food was great, pools were good, enjoyed the beach.

The a/c is TERRIBLE. We had a lot of trouble sleeping.

The staff! All friendly, helpful, dedicated to making sure everyone had fun and they kept the place clean! Above and beyond ! Most excellent

Not really

The hotel did a good job of making everything pretty seamless, there was enough going on to not be bored. Staff were fantastic.

The covid testing; it took far longer than advertised and mistakes were made.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean facilities, beautiful property.

Distance from the airport was far. The hotel is 1.5 hours away from the airport. This travel time to and from the airport cut into our vacation time.

The location, the amenities they offered. Most of the staff was very friendly. The food was pretty good. The choices in restaurants were good as well. The pool area was amazing. Snack bar was my favorite place.

The check in time in line was too long. We were in line an hour. I think that there should always be a English translator on each shift. Lots of time trying to understand the checkin agent. More clarity with covid testing time frames.

The warm weather, golf cart transportation was the Best. Bartender at the Tulum was Awesome.

Hard to find entertainment. The Resturant that cooks in front of you, staff was so rude. Had to buy $27.00 bottle of wine to sit at table. Should of been included in package. Not enough staff at bars, especially pool bars. Entertainment was poor.

Beach was disappointing/ rocky/ small with large barriers blocking view. Far from airport, about 1.5 hours.

Room is large, clean, updated. Food is good with lots of varieties

Beach is narrow. Swimming zone is very narrow and shallow with lots of rocks on the bottom. It's limited by artificial dams that separates swimming area from the open sea. On windy days there are TONS of seaweeds that cover the entire swimming area.

Wi-Fi only in the lobby, slow Bars close at 11pm Drinks poor quality A.C. was leaking, wasn't fixed Beach far and covered in sea weed

The staff was very accommodating and the beach was perfect.

Not really, we wish there were robes in the room.

Absolutely nothing

All food was excellent and easy to get to all food locations.

Not a hotel issue. The location is very remote so you must use a taxi to Tulum or any other location. Cost of a taxi is high.
