The fridge and the bath need to be more cleaner

I ended up with a newer room so no issues there but the people i went with had issues with their room. Some rooms need remodeling

Food was good.

I had roaches in my room. I had staff open my room 2x without knocking that i know of. Staff was continually rude to me.

We were discriminated against several times managers didn?t care. Water leaked through the ceiling maintenance took forever to come fix it

Staff is very friendly, food was very good on most days. Pasta station and meat grill was perfect. Foam party was awesome. Wish I had stayed for a longer time.

Our first set of bed sheets were stained, that was a little off putting. Everything else was great!

Yes the building is only 2 years old and looks like it's been 15 years. The ceilings was falling in the lobby, the rugs was dirty and had mold and mildew smell. The bathroom was leaking from the toilet and tub.

The design amenities, food.

Checking in process need to be more organized and less time consuming, Especially when the booking is online. Communication of restaurants booking and activities especially for quests with children needs to be communicated better at check in.

It's dirty they need to change the carpets on the 6th floor it also smell the toilet clogged in all four rooms maintenance had to be call. My God don't even mention the food horrible. I had to take photos of that place how dirty it is . Worst experience

I did not like the fact that the jacuzzi tub did not work the one outside the room and the one in the bathroom they are VERY strict with the wearing mask policy but yet are always out of mask and not ONCE was we able to receive Towels because theres none

The concierge staff did not react quickly when called. I asked for blankets and had to call 3 times over the span of 7 hours

The food was some of the best resort food I¿ve had on the island. They had a nice accommodating selection however, they always had a lot of traditional dishes that were delicious.

I feel like they could of left a few more bars open past 5:30pm

The staff was AMAZING, the food DELICIOUS!! The whole overall experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you ¿¿!

Only thing I can say is the tv reception and WiFi was horrible..but who needed it really with all the fun things going on on the resort!!

All amenities were on-site, lots of security present, most staff was friendly and pleasant, location location location! Great views of the ocean.

They can improve on the food quality in the buffett, a la cart dining was overall good, there were a couple of dishes that just missed the mark, but then there were several that were amazing!

The staff accommodated all of our requests. They greeted us each day and ensured we had everything we needed. Especially impressive was the waiter O'Shane who made our 12 year old son's birthday celebration dinner so memorable.

It is HUGE! Be prepared to do a lot of walking.

I had a jacuzzi room and the i didn't like the privacy on the balcony but not really a complaint
