Arctic Club Hotel

It was incredibly luxurious. From the bar to the room to the staff great customer service in a very busy time (T swift concert)

Price was a bit much but given there was a TSWIFT concert that weekend I understand why the price was so steep.

Unique, cool architecture. Breakfast exceeded expectations.

Felt uneasy leaving my car on street/surface parking and there were no good secure garages with overnight parking nearby.

Clean hotel, beautiful room, excellent service.  front desk and bartender, were especially helpful. If you appreciate a classic turn of the century hotel, this is the place.

It seems like they're still trying to get their feet under themselves from a recent ownership change. Friendly staff, just perhaps understaffed. Though no their fault, location is pretty sketchy...lots of nearby noisy homeless folks.

The service was above and beyond. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and clean.

Comfortable bed, warm cookie upon arrival, easy and quick check-in, friendly, personable, and professional staff, great location, outstanding interior from dark wood paneling to the pictures hung on the wall everywhere that gives nostalgic feeling

The historic building was charming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful.

We stayed on the ground floor and the rooms were quite odd. Our rooms did not look like the standard room photos on the site. They were dark and cramped. We were traveling with teenagers and they could not accommodate us with queen bedded rooms.

The bathroom is really nice!!

The hotel feels like a decently renovated heritage apartment. Paying $---Canadian a night felt way overpriced, especially after my card was charged for $110 in random, mystery fees after coming home? Location is okay. Overall, would not recommend.

Nostalgic. Very close to the Link Lite Rail Pioneer Station Stop. Probably less than 200' making this an excellent choice coming from the SeaTac airport. Only cost us $3/each to ride from the airport to the Pioneer Station.

As with most big city downtown environments, there were lots of homeless nearby. This does take away some of the charm of this establishment.

There was a fridge in the room which was great. The location was amazing in terms of proximity to a Link station, but many restaurants and shops close by 5:00PM.

I both loved and hated the location. You will have street noise which includes drunken yelling. The shops in the immediate area close by 5:00. It was not ideal for us.

Atmosphere and interior spaces were kept period for the most part. Some mismatched deco for the period but overall a really beautiful hotel. The entire staff was great!

We expected a VERT experienced bar staff and this was a little lacking. I expected a period hotel to have and know period drinks but they seemed have changed the recipes. The restaurant fair was too narrow. Breakfast was great, dinner selection wasn't

The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful and nice as well.

The hotel rooms are VERY SMALL... but since we only stayed there for 1 night, it was not a big deal.

The Arctic Club is not your typical Doubletree. It's a restored former private club in downtown Seattle, so it's got plenty of style and charm. Also, it's one of the relatively few unionized hotels in town, so the workers get better pay and treatment.

There was a problem with the water in my room, where nothing other than scalding hot water was coming out. The staff was very helpful, but could not fix it during my stay.

It is a classic, historic building that has been beautifully restored. The rooms are charming and elegantly decorated. Great traditional bar (Polar Bar) in the lobby. Nice extras, such as a French press coffee maker and entertainment system, in each room.

Rooms were a bit small.

Loved the decor warm and woody.

Elevators are small and slow
