That it had breakfast available. And walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
One of the elevators was down and with so much traffic because people coming in out from the game took extra time to get to our room. Plus wish they could have had complimentary tea or coffee after coming back from a cold night out from the game.

The beds were very comfy, room was spacious, nice view from room, and decent breakfast. The pool and hot tub were one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Free parking was a plus! Great location in Pittsburgh.
The only inconvenience we had was the morning of check out the pool was closed for maintenance. We had young ones that were really looking forward to swimming and using the hot tub before checking out. But that's okay. We understand it happens from time to time.

Free Parking was great, as was the front office staff, Holly in particular. Breakfast was much better than usual. Overall it was a very good experience in a well0located hotel.

Location was excellent and we could do a lot of walking to see the sites. We loved our room with a view of so many bridges! Free parking and a safe parking lot was also a plus.
We didn't complain about our room thermostat but it didn't regulate correctly and was very hot and we would have to shut it off periodically.

Location, free parking, and size of room
1, the breakfast options were very lacking. 2, the sink in my room didn't drain and I had to wait about 2 hours for someone to fix it3, really expensive compared to comparable rooms in comparable cities

Perfect location in town. Walking distance from the convention center, restaurants, and shopping. Very easy to get around. The pool was lovely, the staff were super friendly and nice. Very clean and nice.
The price was high but it was a convention weekend so it was to be expected. I really enjoyed the stay though.
