The bathrooms were beginning to show their age (rust/corrosion).

It looked like there was water damage on one of the walls; I observed a lot of wallpaper bubbling.

I dropped something down the elevator shaft and the desk staff didn?t help.

Location was perfect for us, an easy walk to the Strip district. Pool and hot tub were nice. Service was friendly.

Everything was good. Might be nice to have more variety of healthy items offered for breakfast.

It was in a great location for our plans. The pool was heated and the whirlpool what so relaxing after the drive. The staff was warm and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had many hot options. The parking was free!

Hotel employee (front desk) was phenomenal! He was friendly, informative and helpful, and went above and beyond to insure our stay was great.

The configuration of tables and chairs in the breakfast area was tight and difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair.

There was an EV charger that was available and everything about the room worked perfectly. Breakfast was good.

They should have towed the non-EV that was blocking the second EV charger spot.

My daughter and I came to Pittsburgh on a college tour. I chose this hotel based on the ratings and the location. I wasn't disappointed - it was very comfortable, quiet and very walkable. We had a great view, too. I would absolutely stay here again.

May sound odd but the toilet is very low vs a standard toilet. That is about it.

The plentiful coffee, the waffles, and how clean the pool and gym were.

Our King room had an odd-ish tv placement and bed placement. I wish the gym was a bit larger.

Bathtub drain would not stay up so when shower it would fill with water. Restroom could have been cleaned a little better.

Great location, and free parking. Big room, impeccably clean. I was there five days and have no complaints. Definitely would stay here again!

Basic room without kitchenette. Small exercise room

I liked that it was a quiet.

Bathroom ceiling was split open which i have pics of and was leaking onto the toilet seat. So after letting them know the lady "upgraded" us to another room. The kitchenette light would not work and the 1 chair was sliced open with weird white stains

Staff, they were so nice and helped with anything we needed.

The 5 am false fire alarm that put us out in the cold for a little bit. The fact they have no shuttle service, it would be a 10+ if they had that. Oh and the $70 hold on each room on my credit card and only returned 2-3 days later after trip.
