The value of this hotel and the location were excellent--I would gladly stay here on a future visit to the beautiful city of Chicago! Proximity to public transportation was amazing--2-minute walks to the blue and red lines and connections to the major bus routes steps away. The room was comfortable and clean!

The hotel is right in the city center. It's close to everything. Everything is within walking distance. It also has spacious rooms. The room was clean.
The breakfast was very poor. Hampton, and especially for a place at this price, the breakfast offerings were weak. Also, there were no slippers in the room.

I like the location - very convenient and very close to shops and metro. Nice bathroon. Good bed.
Breakfast. Not really a hotel that price value. Furniture and design out of date. Missing kind of appropriatte hotel lobby.

The hotel's location is amazing.
I'm still waiting to get an invoice for this stay.I paid in advance on Booking and it seems I'm caught between Booking and the hotel.I asked before checking in through Booking app if I can get an invoice - the hotel reps answered I will get it at check out.At check out, they explained they can only provide a final receipt (shows zero after releasing the deposits) and no info about the amount actually paid for the reservation. They said only Booking can provide the invoice...Called customer service - nope, Booking says only the hotel can provide the invoice.It's not the first time this happens - I'm caught in between, just need the invoice for my payment and it should not be that hard or take so long to get something so basic... It's very frustrating.

Amazing location and helpful/efficient staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
