Location was perfect for our architecture tours and Columbus visitor center. Room was spacious, clean, and well furnished. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We purchased the room with breakfast included, which meant that we ordered from a menu.
Hotel is being renovated, however, the noise was managed well. Water in the restaurant had an unpleasant taste.

The design of the room is spectacular. Lots of lighting with easy to use controls at hand. The decor meets the standard that makes Columbus IN famous in the architectural world. Gorgeous shower that was easy to control. A great property in a spectacular setting across from a park. The hotel was under renovation, but the disruption was minimal for guests. The bed was comfortable with the perfect mix of linens for the season. The AC was accurate and state of the art. The staff are friendly, caring and efficient. I did not come up with a request or expectation that they did not exceed. Like the city of Columbus IN--a slightly hidden jewel in the Midwest.
Nothing! This property is nearly perfect. I look forward to going back when the renovations are complete.

The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have stayed in this price range and maybe even above. Beautiful rooms, creative design, comfy bed. I needed only one night stay and thought I would leave first thing in the morning but I enjoyed it all so much and stayed till 12:00 checkout time. The gym is amazing, spacious, well equipped.
Breakfast had to be prepaid only.

Location is perfect; you can walk everywhere downtown.
It wasn’t super clean, especially for the level of hotel it is supposed to be. The carpet in the hallways were quite dirty.

The location was good. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The swimming pool was to cold to swim and the hot tub was not hot at all. The air conditioner was extremely loud. No fridge nor microwave in the room.
