I loved the host - Tripp! Also the swimming pool and hot tub.

We were not able to adjust the temperature in the room and it was rather cold. Also the air conditioner was very loud when it kicked on at night.

I like the fact that you’ve lowered the height of the beds and the beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in in a hotel room.

The hotel was under renovation so we were a little disappointed that we did not have access to the pool or hot tub, but we understand.

I’ve stayed here before and it has always been a good stay.

The hotel was under renovation. There was a strong glue/adhesive smell. Rooms were open with equipment in the hall.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful! Everyone we encountered was great! We loved the resident dog, Trip too! he is the cutest!!

Hotel employee at the front desk was very pleasant at check in - the rooms were spacious and only a block (walking distance) to restaurants - heated swimming pool and hot tub made for a relaxing get away

Showers needed updated but the rooms and decor were excellent and very clean

I loved this hotel so much! I wish they would have offered a free breakfast though, for what they charged per night.

The location is terrible especially the parking, the rooms are outdated, we were supposed to have a king bed and got two queens, I had to pay $42 for one night of parking in a parking garage that is hard to find, and there was hole in the ceiling.

Chose it for the location near the park.

Loved everything. Of course, if breakfast or at least coffee were included, that would have been more awesome, for the price. Loved that we could bring our dog in through the lobby.

Honestly, lights in entry way to room did not work. Shower was cold and most of all guests were having a very good time in the hall way at 2 am..

The elevator makes a lot of noise. And my husband and I could hear the elevator from our room.

My husband was in the hospital in ICU and the peautiful,peaceful room not far from the hospital gave me the perfect place to calm down from all the stress. It was wonderful to me!!

Design. Towels & shower. Bed & pillows. Bright lighting. Soundproofing seems good. The free coffee in the lobby/restaurant is good. The TV & programming are fine.

Noise of the HVAC unit when running, at least in our room. The free daily "continental" breakfast is far too limited (just a bagel & cream cheese) & is not advertised. Some other items are available for purchase.

Near downtown and it's a short walk to the restaurants!

Do not stay in odd number rooms as the Post Office is right across the street and you can hear the p,o, trucks coming and going throughout the night!

Elevators broken or sound awful, mini fridge and microwave were placed in middle of room upon arrival

The hallways/elevators/ common space were a bit less clean than the rooms.

Love the uniqueness of this boutique hotel and location! Staff is always friendly and rooms are super spacious!

Friendly staff, super clean, amazing beds! Also I have never stayed at a hotel that had a hotel dog!

Very clean and modern. Everything is new or newer. Hardwood floor instead of carpet in the room is win for me. Will stay here again.
