The location, the ambiance, the staff. It was a great evening.

The water pressure in the shower could be better. It?s a historic building and I?m sure that?s the issue.

I made a reservation for a king room and was told they didn?t have any so was forced to take a double queen instead

It is a beautiful hotel, and it is within easy walking distance of many of Oklahoma City¿s attractions. The attached Flint Restaurant serves excellent food.

This has NOTHING to do with the hotel, but I was a little disappointed with the amount of panhandling that is apparently tolerated in OKC. It seems that every time I went out to walk, I was approached for money. I

It smells wonderful when you walk in. The beds were very comfortable. The room was large. There are snacks in the room. I love this place.

The bathroom wasn't clean. Pee on the toilet seat.

The staff and the concierge were wonderful. Very historic architecture especially if you are in to prairie school, sullivan, frank loyd wright designs. Walking distance to Arboretum, art Museum and Bricktown.

I couldn¿t believe they didn¿t have in room coffee maker. Weird non guest character roaming the halls when we arrived that staff had to ask to leave. That was strange and totally random thing but we encountered him.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Or it would be a good location if the world wasn't in lockdown. Lots of places nearby were closed for the pandemic. But the adjacent park is beautiful.

Somewhat dated. The thermostat in our room had a mind of it's own but at least the room was a decent temperature. Couldn't see out the windows for the dirt but that's not fair to judge them on that because of the shut down and the construction going on.

Had a death in the family and didn’t arrive until 6am and they would not adjust my rate. Wanted me to pay $--- for both nights plus parking for both nights 100 and a 200 hold for incidentals do $--- for one night. The clerk was very rude he had no sympa

Also treated my rudely and so I left after being treated that way after driving 5 hours in the middle of night after my nephew passed away!

The location was great! Close walk to Bricktown and right across the street from the botanical garden. There was self parking across the street which made it easy.

Not as good as a 4 star hotel. Was old and the fridge was awful. Definitely not worth $--- a room. Very disappointed

Our room did not have a bathtub but we didn't ask we will know next time it did not take away from our pleasant stay

The building has a lot of charm and history. The lobby is decorated very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious with really cool decor.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to work and read in the room. This hotel certainly ranks in one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would positively recommend it for anyone having business in Oklahoma City.

Preservation of the classic looks of the hotel as it mightve looked in the '50s but with the modern conveniences you would expect. Great car service to get around town...Mercedes!

This hotel had character. Although it was an older building, it was updated on the inside. It was tastefully decorated.

Had to go down four floors to get to ice machine.

It is a tad overpriced, but it is a beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious. The location is perfect for getting around the downtown/Bricktown area. We will definitely go back if the price is right. This is an Oklahoma City gem.
