The restaurant was fantastic, food was well prepared and all staff were attentive, professional, and kind! The front office staff were great and went above and beyond, same for the Valet service. All valet staff were amazing and treated everyone coming in and out of the hotel with kindness. Although we did not interact with housekeeping or maintenance the rooms are well maintained and extremely clean. We felt comfortable and happy to have chosen this facility.

Due to a system update my daughter and I were not able to gain access to a room key. At one point, after dinner we had to wait in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes for the front office staff to escort us as he had to wait for his coworker to return. He was kind and although a bit frustrating it was not terrible.

Location was perfect for basketball game at the arena. Ate at the onsite restaurant which was above average but not outstanding. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Minibar snacks were reasonably priced.

Our coffee service hadn't been refreshed before we checked in. Didn't realize this until the next morning.

The hotel was beautifully renovated with elegant furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a corner king room which was quite large and quiet. I actually hadn't realized breakfast in the restaurant was included in my reservation, so I ate at a couple of nearby coffee shops until the last day when I asked about and got the voucher for the hotel breakfast, which was very ample and tasty. The location was pretty good, walkable to the Bricktown restaurant area and to the OKCMOA and the Botanic Garden and Scissortail Park, and very near a tram stop.

I booked a corner room thinking I'd have views on two sides of the building, but one of the sides had a heavy drapery over the window behind the bed and so I couldn't see out that side. Not terrible, but disappointing for me.

Beautiful facility -- clean, elegant -- made guests feel special. Friendly, attentive and helpful front desk staff. Excellent and professional valet team. Pretty restaurant with wonderful outdoor patio.

Somewhat limited menu items. Wish there was a better place for breakfast/coffee (even a coffee bar in the lobby) and a sundries shop.

Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and accommodating!

Very nice, upscale hotel in a great location. We have been wanting to stay there for quite some time and we were not disappointed. We like that there was easy access to any of the Bricktown or other OKC area options. With a rail stop nearby and dining/drinking establishments within in walking distance this hotel was perfect for out getaway.

Just a minor complaint but the down pillows were not ideal for us as we have an allergy to down. That being said, housekeeping was good to get us an alternative to down and did so in a quick manner.
