This hotel was amazing!
The ONLY issue I had with the entire stay was the parking. I know yall can’t help it, but dang it was a trek!

Comfortable room
The elevator took forever to go up or down. Cleaning staff kept using the elevator, so guests had to wait even longer. The breakfast was sub par.

The staff was really friendly. Breakfast ⁷ good with lots of varieties..
We had to park in a parking lot and walk around the building in the dark to get ba5& ck in the hotel. It was really scary.. dirty towel and trash are not pickup by house keeping daily. Customer has walk down stairs to get fresh towels and dispose of the trash themselves. The room was very old musky smell from carpet. We keept spraying airfreshner.

Great hotel. The room was clean with a lot of amenities. Staff was nice.
The walls are paper thin. Several people on the 4th floor were talking loudly in the hallway and playing music at a high volume after midnight. The noise would quiet down only for it to resume 30 minutes later. The parking garage cost an additional $19, and since it wasn't adjacent to the hotel (shared with the medical facilities next door), random people hung out in the elevator. There was a homeless lady in her underwear riding the elevator up and down asking for money, so I had to take the stairs with my luggage. The location of the hotel was fairly close to the venue for the event I went to, but the fact that the hotel is surrounded by medical buildings means that I constantly heard sirens go by in the middle of the night. I wish my experience had been better. I'll definitely stay at a Home2 Hilton hotel in the future, just a different location. I wouldn't book here again. Also, I asked for a receipt for my stay, but the staff told me since I booked through a third party site, it would show up there. I've received receipts at other hotels that I've booked through Booking.com before, if this is a policy exclusive to this hotel chain it would have been nice to know ahead of time. At the very least, a receipt should be provided for paying the deposit. I do need to clarify that the staff was always informative and professional, I have no complaints about the service they provided.
