- The location was great, and having parking on-site was very convenient. The room and bed size were excellent—that’s about it for the positives.

- First of all, I booked a room for 5 people, and they charged me a room for 5 people, but they only provided sleeping space for 4 people (two beds, no cot, no couch). They claimed this is standard in the hotel industry but it's not. Second, the room was grimy, there were holes in the bedspread. Third, there was no heat or hot water in the bathroom. Last, the WiFi was so weak as to be essentially none-existent.
- Unfortunately, we could hear noises through the walls, and a coughing guest woke us up in the middle of the night. There was a very unpleasant smell, as if someone nearby was smoking. The internet barely worked at all.

First of all, I booked a room for 5 people, and they charged me a room for 5 people, but they only provided sleeping space for 4 people (two beds, no cot, no couch). Clean room and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location was great too, very close to the boardwalk and the price was very reasonable.
The room was a little small, and decor was outdated.
