The staff were very nice and helpful

Just the regular motel, but the staff made it nice. They were all kind and helpful, always smiling and asking how everything was made me enjoy my stay.

It was a wonderful stay. We got room with Heart Shape Jacuzzi with king bed. Room was clean and Jacuzzi was great. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had shower which was nice. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this hotel.

Close proximity to the beach

This hotel was filthy, sheets with stains, no hair dryer or iron/board in the rooms, mold on shower curtains and the floors were full of sand. Bed was old and squeaky, seriously, don't even bother staying in a place like this.

Checkin in Friday night. As we left Sunday morning 9:30am it was the first time the pool was vacuumed the entire weekend. Recommend guests bring a lite weight blanket. Hotel bed offers a fitted and flat sheet but they use the bedspread as a blanket.

Close to beach

Room was dirty! Had to have sheets changed because there was a black shoe print on them, no towels in room, overall DIRTY!!! And I was charged $15 per person EXTRA at checkin- rooms are based on 2 guests even though we stayed in a room with 3 beds

Terrible

First of all, I booked a room for 5 people, and they charged me a room for 5 people, but they only provided sleeping space for 4 people (two beds, no cot, no couch). They claimed this is standard in the hotel industry but it's not. Second, the room was grimy, there were holes in the bedspread. Third, there was no heat or hot water in the bathroom. Last, the WiFi was so weak as to be essentially none-existent.

The location was great, and having parking on-site was very convenient. The room and bed size were excellent—that’s about it for the positives.

Unfortunately, we could hear noises through the walls, and a coughing guest woke us up in the middle of the night. There was a very unpleasant smell, as if someone nearby was smoking. The internet barely worked at all.

Clean room and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location was great too, very close to the boardwalk and the price was very reasonable.

The room was a little small, and decor was outdated.

Location, staff, cleanliness

The staff were wonderful. The location was a block and a half from the beach and amusements. There were plenty of nice restaurants and bars. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Small pool on site.

The air conditioner was set to auto and couldn't be changed. It went off and on all night.

Absolutely nothing

The property had no housekeeping the sink was backed up. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. The pillow sheets were dirty. The towel holder in the bathroom fell off and the guest next-door and downstairs were all night arguing and fighting and no police showed up to stop them I’m never staying there again

The location is great allows you to walk to beach and boardwalk. The peopleWho work there were nice and friendly.

They didn’t have a housekeeper and when we had toilet issues they had us plunge our own toilet which isn’t issue if home but paying for room.

The staff Ray was very polite and helpful the whole time he made our stay wonderful and helped with anything we needed. Appreciate that. Wonderful front desk associate.

We stay there every year with our family and no issues. This year we stayed and booked a three bed room with the couch we got there and the manager made us pay an extra 120 in cash because we put 3 kids on our booking reservation but the ages said 0 so according to him even tho we booked for the 3 kids we still had to pay extra cash to him because didn't put their ages which is riding because booking still knew we booked for 3 children and I didn't know we had to put ages in it was first time going through booking. And later on he made us pay for an extra room for the two nights in cash because my other two family members couldn't stay in our room but we booked the 3 bed and couch room and fit perfectly. It was just to make more money for another room thatS all. He said he watched the cameras from home and saw us. Which is very creepy. Makes u wonder where else he has cameras watching from home. Creepy. The staff Ray at the front desk was wonderful though he went above and beyond for us. He helped with anything we needed and very nice guy. The manager on the other hand just greedy for money and watching the cameras from home, creepy.

It’s close to the boardwalk, rooms were very clean, and staff is very friendly

I can't say enough good things about our stay. We went to celebrate our anniversary and my boyfriend's birthday.The room (Jacuzzi room) was very nice and clean.The staff was excellent and outgoing. Location to beach and boardwalk was only about 2 blocks if that.Accross the street was a great deli Babes. We will be coming back without a doubt.

I have nothing bad I can say at all!!

~ Everything! Staff are always so professional, polite, and helpful. They check on you when they see you outside, see if you need anything or any more supplies. The room was perfect, so clean and sanitized.
