Great location, nightly managers reception was fantastic. No problem getting chairs by the pool. Spacious rooms.
Breakfast lines were long, the omelette station was a long wait no matter what time we went.Breakfast items were limited although there was a lot of food catered to dinner like options (rice, soup etc.)

The breakfast especially the omelette station are great and it’s nice to have free cocktails at their reception hour and meet new people in a relaxed environment with snacks provided and live music. Hotel is in a great location. Will continue to stay here when I visit Hawaii, this was our second stay here and I am never disappointed.

They have a free breakfast buffet every morning, and that is great! The hotel room size was very comfortable. There was a pull out couch in the living area that was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful when getting the car and helping us with sightseeing. They also have a happy hour every night with drinks, snacks, and music. You get drink tickets upon check-in. This hotel is in a great area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Make sure you check out Dune's restaurant Prime Rib night on Thursday's, it's great!!
There wasn't anything we didn't like. This is a great family or couple hotel. It's in a great area.

Staff was very polite and kind. Our flight arrived early in the morning, kids were jet lagged, front desk staff was so kind and gave us early check in so we can rest. This was the highlight of our trip no doubt.

Breakfast buffet is not great and the rooms are getting dated.

So close to everything - beach, restaurants, pubs etc. staff were super friendly. Rooms were nice and spacious.
Only downside would be the bed was hard.
