Location is fantastic, right on the River walk with a trolley stop just outside the front door. Spacious clean room. Nice swimming pool and loads of choice for breakfast.

Location was directly next to Benchmark Arena, where we went to see MGK for a concert. Lots of local parking, Valet parking is a great deal though, cheaper than the lot across the street. Staff here is amazing. The restaurant on site is PHENOMENAL.

Great spot for a conference next door. Room was spacious, clean, and had no issues with noise.
Checkin online via the app did not work. App had offered me a room with a waterfront view. App told me to finish check-in in-person. I ended up getting placed in a different room with a big white wall obscuring my entire view. That fuss caused some unnecessary disappointment.

I really enjoyed my family stay at this hotel. The location is premium, with lots of activities nearby — like hockey games, the aquarium, the train, and many great restaurants.The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean.
The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast was served too late, which makes it impossible for guests with early activities to eat there.

No parking at the hotel was a disappointment and paying for parking. Also the little store in the lobby is very expensive.

I like the friendly and helpful staff. Our pads were super comfortable.
I was not aware that my room was gonna go up in Price double on Friday night.

The hotel was beautiful, well kept and the food at the restaurant was delicious
the staff was passive aggressive and rude plus we had asked for towels and after 30 minutes went to the front desk and they said we had to wait for house keeping so I took a shower and decided to use pool towels. when I came out the towels were in my room. Made me feel very uneasy knowing that they entered my room while I was in a vulnerable state.

Location. Friendly, accommodating staff. Room size( 2 queen and sofa bed). Room carpet seemed newish
Room could use updating. Wish the shower was step in not tub. Elevators took a long time.
