SpringHill Suites by Marriott Nashville MetroCenter

The stay was great; we had enough space for a year. The room was nice, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was good, the breakfast was excellent, just what we expected. The parking area is quite adequate

If they could improve something, it would be the shower, because when you turn it on, you always get cold water since you always have to open it from inside the shower and not just reach in to open it.

Ceiling fan in bathroom made a weird noise sounding like construction being done.

The hotel overall was nice and comfortable.

Upon check in I was told the suite I had reserved was not available due issues with the toilets on the floor.Was told that I would have to go to another hotel on them as a courtesy. Then I was told that they found a queen suite and my rate would be waived due to the confusion. Upon check out I checked my email for the invoice and the fee was not waived. I spoke with the CSR and found out that the fee was not waived. CSR lied to me. I paid for a King suite and was given a queen suite just because I had already prepayed

I went for school, so the location was very convenient to go there. Also it has restaurants just around the corner of the building, and stores close to it. I stayed for a week, so it was excellent that the room has a meal prep station with a long counter top and a sink. My room was big enough, it was super clean, and the distribution of it was comfortable.The staff was wonderful and very helpful.Coffee station available 24/7.

The dumpster is behind the building. I was at the end of the 2nd floor. I got awake by 3:30 a.m by the rattleing of the dumpster when the truck has to pick up the garbage. Why the trash needs to be picked up by the time guests are resting? The titles of the pool above the water lever looked dirty.

Location good. Easy uber ride from airport and to downtown. Walking distance to chick fil a. Free breakfast was great and always stocked. Staff kind

There was a group of seem like 100 kids AND THEY WERE RUNNING UP AND DOWN THD HALLS ALMOST ALL NIGHT. THEIR TRANSPORTATION VAN ALARMS KEPT GOING OFF AND TOOK FOREVER TO TURN OFF.

Rooms were clean and spacious

Had to pay to park even though you got a room there. Double paid for room cuz they said my card declined even though I showed her my confirmation from booking.com with paid on the email receipt. No interest to look into it either pay or leave.
