a post was sticking out of the mattress and hurt my son. The room was dirty, so dirty it made the rag I ripped the room down with black. there was electric wires hanging from the AC in the room that my 14 month old daughter grabbed. Peeling wallpaper.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and the location is decent

When I asked the front desk person for a rollaway bed to accommodate three boys in a 2 queen bed room I was told it was a fire hazard. When I asked a different person it was brought to the room. I feel like the first person couldn't be bothered.

Staff does not properly monitor handicapped parking and did not take adequate measures when a problem was identified for them. In addition, a person who is homeless wandered in off the street and helped himself to breakfast before being asked to leave.

The hotel is laid out nicely....free breakfast area is huge, and rooms/bathrooms are also very large.

The smoking area is very close to the opening of the hotel, and we consistently found many groups sitting at tables by the pool and hotel entrance smoking. The area is also nice to eat outside in the morning for breakfast...unless...there are smokers.

The best thing about this hotel is its location in the historic district of Savannah.

Non-responsive front desk personnel; no body wash dispensary in the shower; breakfast selections were less than desirable; housekeeping service was hit or miss.

pet friendly so our room had a slight dog odor. The pool was not very inviting as the water was cloudy. 35$ seemed excessive for parking for a one night stay. 25$ charge to check in 1.5 hours early to a ready and air cond. was very loud all night.

Lied to on the website. Booked because it said it was on Bay Street. It was not. They would not change it. Not happy

The staff was excellent, the lobby was beautiful and the breakfast and afternoon cookies were really good. We walked all over town from this great location

There were thin walls and multiple barking dogs in surrounding rooms. I called the front desk New Years eve regarding constant barking. I was awakened at 8:20 am New Years Day by a dog barking loudly.The opposite of what I expected from a $--- getaway.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean as was the hotel in general. Very comfortable and inviting. We had a room with king bed and sofa and both were very comfortable. Sofa was deep enough to enjoy spending time on it. Very nice room.

I didn’t request the cleaning service during our stay but I did ask the front desk to ask the housekeeping staff to empty our trash and take a dirty towel from bathroom floor as we had spilled a Diet Coke and had to use a hand towel to clean it. I also asked for a new bath towel. I double checked with desk to see if if they got that request. She knew my room number and assured me the message was passed to housekeeping. It was not done.Other than that everything was great! The breakfasts were great with good variety and again friendly staff.

Very clean and the staff was exceptional.

Parking was around the corner so we had to walk. Mattresses were lumpy.

Quiet, good bed, and close proximity to meals and shopping.
