Pros +
- View of the valley no
- The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is very charming and has incredible views. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel and there is a little convenience store right out front.
- The manager kindly upgraded our room to one with a gorgeous view of the valley and the snow covered mountains beyond in Switzerland. He also gave us a tourist pass which allowed us to travel on the local bus for free. Breakfast each day offered a delicious selection of yogurt, cereals, amazing bread, jams, cold cuts, cheeses and eggs. We enjoyed them with coffee, cappuccino or tea while overlooking the mountains and valley below.
Cons -
- We were on the third floorwhich is like an attic. My husband hit his head multiple times during our stay. There was no shower only a tub.
- Our only fault with the hotel was the pillows. They are an odd size and quite lumpy. The beds were quite comfortable though.
- Everything is Liechtenstein is quite a bit more expensive than in the US. The exchange rate for the US dollar makes that even worse.

Fantastic location.
Lack of a kettle and iron in the room. There were no easy tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It's an expensive place with limited eating options. You literally have to drive to Switzerland or Austria for a diverse dining options.
The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. The room was basic but had a stunning view. Even the small bathroom window offered a stunning mountain view. There is a large garage downstairs where you can park for free.
Non.
Beautiful view for night drinks and breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff!
The valley view from our room was incredible. We just stayed for one night but it was a comfy stay in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again if in Triesenberg again.
Nothing negative
The view from our room was gorgeous. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. The included breakfast was a very nice continental offering. Garage parking was included.
We have a natural affinity for larger showers but this was good for European standards.
The staff was nice. The room was very large and very clean. The valley view was amazing. The breakfast was ok.
The “double” bed was strange — having a 10 cm gap and part of the bed frame in between the two halves. Also the WiFi was constantly disconnecting or unable to connect to the cell phone.
Good location with lovely views from the restaurant. We had a room that overlooked the front a little noisy. Nice breakfast and dinner. Place was lovely and clean and an easy drive to wherever you wanted to go. Free parking too!
The description states king size bed. This is incorrect as all rooms have two singles put together.
The owner greeted us when we arrived (He was very responsive in his communicated with us prior to our arrival.) He was very helpful assisting us with confirming transportation to our next destination. Breakfast was included and it there were a lot of options. The hotel is situated in the mountains outside of Vaduz. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The scenery is beautiful. The little balconies provide a space to sit and quietly enjoy the surroundings. The bus to and from Vaduz stopped right in front of the hotel. It is a short ride into town.
Excellent view and clean room....
this hotel is on top of a mountain and there is very little tourist options around it. however the view is worth being up there
Great views!, fun town! great staff!
Beautiful views from both the room and the breakfast area. Easy parking. Beds are comfortable. As expected, peaceful.
Like many hotels in Europe, breakfast was basic/continental
Lovely hotel with the most amazing views we’ve ever had. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in all of Liechtenstein!
Lovely Inn with a nice restaurant! Most importantly, they have an elevator! Parking was very easy as well. We enjoyed the view from the dining room. The food was very good. The room was very comfortable.
It was a very hot week, and wish that the hotel would have provided fans. Some of the rooms as we had three, did not have a breeze at night even with the doors open, so it was hot. I know that the heat is not normal there, but a fan would have been a nice addition.
Wonderful location. Large room with fantastic views. Good breakfast and dinner also good.
No air conditioning but the whole country doesn’t have it. Not a lot of light in room. Church bells chime at odd times in the night and morning.
The view was spectacular from the room and balcony. The room was spacious and had two work places for computers with two chairs, which one would think it would be standard for a double room but is not always the case. The restaurant was excellent as well and of course had even a better view because its "winter garden" extended out further over the side of the mountain. Triesenberg's museum and post office are right next to the hotel and the parking garage is beneath them. Very convenient.
Nothing negative.
Most stunning views! Exceptional dining for dinner and free wide spread options breakfast. Accommodated all food allergies! The staff and all around the service is fantastic! I would recommend to anyone with a car to stay there, your car is parked in a garage below the building.
Make sure to get there especially on a rainy day in daytime, the winding mountain road can be challenging, it’s more of a suggestion than a dislike. (It wasn’t a problem for us but we do drive a lot on mountain roads)
