Location is perfect
The cost is very high in relation to what the hotel offers. I believe the Hilton Convention Center is better . I never will back to this hotel

The location was great.
The main thing was the parking garage. I'm staying at your hotel yet i have to pay 22 dollars for parking every day. You would think for the price of the room it would be free parking.

Great location and the staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable.
We had pets so by the time we got all charges, taxes, fees, parking, etc. added into the bill it was $330 for a room with no view of the Promenade on a Wednesday night. That's pretty steep even though the hotel and staff are great.

This room was nice as it had a balcony, comfortable beds and roomy. I also liked the complimentary soaps and shampoo. Shower was clean, but the head lacked power...
The extra payment for breakfast was not good. Food was warm, not hot. I didn't like that we had to walk over to the other facility, but worse was the quality of food for what we paid. Could have been better. We have been at a Hilton Home to Home in Springfield where food was included and much better.

Great location at the landing. Multiple ways to get out to the Landing and up on Main Street. Parking garage easy to use and get in/out of.

Location is great and parking is handy
Seems very run down in the rooms. I was told we were getting an upgraded room. We needed up getting one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen. And no balcony. Not much of an upgrade.
