Good location and accommodations
They charged me again for an already booked suite. Then every little thing was additional costs. WiFi extra cost. Parking extra cost. No refrigerator.

Loved my stay. The location was perfect and the facilities were great. Staff were so kind and friendly! Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable sleeping.
Our mini bar locked, and it took 3 requests and over 12 hours for it to get unlocked.

Location is perfect! Walkable to all of downtown.
Need more staff at bar/restaurant in the lobby! Slow slow service. Nothing to do with the property though:)

The hotel itself was lovely. The room was nice, the soaps and lotions were wonderful. The NOISE LEVEL was unacceptable! We stayed in room 412 and the outside noise made it impossible to sleep! I understand there was a festival going on, however the city noise, the party buses, the sirens .... it was very frustrating to be awake most of the night with the outside noise. There has to be something this "expensive" hotel can do to minimize the noise level.
A room in another location!!!!!!! Facing 8th Ave and seeing / hearing ALL of the city noises.... sirens, party buses, LOUD cars etc. made it impossible to nap or sleep through the night. Is there such a thing as black out curtains that minimize the outside noise?

The location was great. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.
When we arrived we were informed the room wasn’t a suite. When we walked in the room the bathroom was nothing like the pictures that were on the Booking website. The whole reason I paid extra was to have the nice large tub in a suite. But that is not how we stayed and at check in they didn’t have anything else available.

Beautiful hotel, good food and friendly staff.
When I got to my room after checking in, it wasn't cleaned. The bed wasn't made. Molded food was on the counter and dirty towels were on the bathroom counter and floor. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes
