Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East/Brandon

The hotel was under renovations and the bathtubs were peeling paint and they would not put me in a room in which the bathroom were repaired. Going forward you should advise your customers if they are renting a room that is under renovations.

Staff was nice, in a nice quiet area.

My room was disgusting, even after changing rooms. Trash in room, stains on floor, dirt in sheets, mold in bathroom. Can provide pictures.

The room was outdated and the bathroom was orange and moldy. Not a 3.5 star hotel. The staff was nice

The kitchen was closed for remodeling so there was no breakfast. Surprised there wasn't a back up plan to continue to provide breakfast during the remodel.

I was promised a whirlpool and a sofa bed had it reserved for months got there and they changed my room

Elevators were kind of slow? And the parking situation at night was a little difficult

Breakfast available but costly. Most employees friendly but 1 front desk person totally ignored us and needs a career adjustment.

In our 2 night stay, our room was NOT cleaned, only 1 wash cloth on arrival & only 1 set of towels without guest needing to ask for more to use 2nd day. Hotel shows signs of wear in the guest king room and certainly is below expectation for the fee.

Having to order room service. When they finally came to clean they did not touch the bathroom at all and it was full of trash and dirty towels

Clean, quiet, beautiful location.

Breakfast was available, but for a cost. It would not prevent me from booking again though.

Every member of the staff was kind and accommodating over the two nights we were there. Always friendly and helpful.

If there's one thing that didn't make sense (but didn't affect our stay) is that the bathroom had no ceiling fan. It steamed up in there pretty quick. Again; no biggy - just surprised. A shuttle to Hard Rock and Mid Florida Ampitheater would be great too.

I guess I should have paid more attention to the breakfast offered. I mistakenly assumed it was a complimentary breakfast since it was basically a waffle and cereal. Boy was I surprised when they gave me a $30 bill for 2 waffles. Was very disappointing

Floors were damp, bed was uncomfortable, room smelled dirty, outside of hotel looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Left with no refund because we refused to stay there.

It is clear that the hotel is old and needs a huge renovation but it shows that management has tried to keep up the maintenance

The dinner was amazing. The staff was excellent.

Pictures do not authentically show the hotel. The pool table is in a room to book, not in the open. Just seems a little misleading.

The beds were hard the pillows where worn out and the coffee maker barely worked
