I paid city tax cash at the check out (my card was declined)July26 but now I see that transaction went tru so I been charged double and today Aug12 they charged me another $115 I want refunds total $--- not an honest place !!!

It is right by the subway and there is lots of noise and vibration

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, coffee in lobby, good location

The room had a frosted window, it felt claustrophobic. I should have told them that I need to see the outside.When I had to extend my stay I was given a better room

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room service was good. The amenities were good too. Location right next to the metro line was convenient to travel around. If you like walking. Within 20-30 mins radius, you could visit many tourist attractions.

The bed wasn't that comfortable and the noise from the street was extremely loud.

The location is great directly infront of metro station , room size is big and very clean and well decorated Staff was professional especially Noah at front desk

This was my husband and my favourite stay on our honeymoon! The staff were lovely and explained everything to us. We were given a free upgrade with our room and also when we entered, there was a lovely note and bottle of cava from the staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Location wise, we were a walk away from many restaurants and also the market. It was a great location. We also enjoyed breakfast at The Wolf on level 1 which had a lot of variety in breakfast. We also took part in the cocktail making class with Gonzalo who taught us how to make a yummy mojito. The terrace is beautiful with great views and my husband made use of the gym. I loved everything about this Hotel and the staff were so lovely, always helping us with our questions and also getting us a taxi van back to the train station after our checkout. I would highly recommend and when we come back, this will be our preferred accomodation.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Everything made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location is near la Rambla , clean room everyday !

The materess was not confortable at All , and instead of one queen bed , there were two beds pushed together !!!

On our arrival we asked for a big bed so our kid can sleep with us and they changed our room to a better one with balcony. The receptionist offered a coloring book to my daughter it was so nice. They were very helpful all this time. The hotel is 10m away from the metro but actually we walked to the aquarium, the sea etc. It is near to lots of restaurants. The roof is perfect for chill and pictures

Only the hot water needed 2-3minutes to arrive but everything else was perfect

The location and the staff were great, and I really appreciated the good coffee machine available at the reception.

I was asked to pay a €100 deposit without prior notice. The room was dark, had tinted windows, and faced a wall. Room was noisy. The bathroom ceiling was hanging down, and the fish with sides served at dinner was usually odd.

Rooms a wee bit tired but nice, clean and fresh

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Close to the city center and tourist areas. Around plenty of good places to eat. Metro station just next to the hotel. Very nice rooftop terrace.

A bit noisy because of the street.

Its location was central and very near to the metro station, bus station. It was walkable to the worth watching destinations.24 hours coffee service was one of the best we have ever experienced.

The walls were very thin.You could hear each and every noise from the other room. Tolerance for infants was not good . The house keeping did not replace water every day.

My wife and I have stayed here previously on two (2) occasions. Always enjoys the hospitality, location, comfortable & clean rooms and the fantastic breakfast. Summer time at the roof-top bar & pool is a must, especially the scenic view of the city.

Nothing to really complain about as we always feel welcomed and the staff are friendly & accommodating.For some reason the pool wasn't open during the "winter months" .... lol lol.
