- Im sure it wasnt planned but very happy we were on ground floor by exit bc we were traveling far and needed to unload car, 2 doors from parking lot, grateful plenty luggage carts to unpack car, male employee was so pleasant at front desk that checked in

- Breakfast was just OK; bagels and cereal were good, but there must have been a sub manning the hot foods; they only had dry, too-seasoned scrambled eggs and bacon that we had to wait on.
- Air conditioning needed servicing. Front staff nice but overwhelmed
- we were grateful for breakfast in the morning, however, scrambled eggs had an odd taste i couldn't eat, bacon was way too salty,other foods great. Cousin went to pool and said it was milky. Hot tub way way too hot. Room beds comfy, perfect.
