• A very pleasant landlady, always available and cordial, who tries to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is located close to the city center, with restaurants and markets available, and the car can be parked near the apartment.

Cons -

• The host lied, has bad communication and refused to give back even a cent for not attending our room, as I was hospitalized, despite informing her of the issue in advance. I made a reservation for 2 rooms/4people at Aris House. Shortly before the reservation, I had to be hospitalized. I let the host know that I will not be able to attend the reservation, but 2 of my friends will still make it, so 1 of the rooms will be used. When asked about the possibilities for a refund, she made up two fake excuses why she is unable to do so: 1. The booking platform does not allow her to do so. LIES We asked the booking support and were told that there is no problem from their end for one of the rooms to be canceled. We were assured that a refund is possible, as long as the host agrees. Then she moved on to the next excuse. 2. The payment was already completed and the receipt was printed. LIES Naturally, we understand that after the receipt is printed, there are taxes related to the payment, so we asked for a partial refund. She said that it is not possible. It is also important to mention that the payment was already made, because of HER error. When asked if a payment with card is possible (presuming that will be done on arrival) she just completed the payment straight away. This is a minor detail, but having in mind that she uses her error as an excuse is very infuriating. When confronted about her LIES, she admitted that a refund is possible, but she does not want it. Then she tried to justify herself and say that her room was empty, because it was reserved by us, despite the fact that she was informed prior to our arrival that the room would be free. It is important to note that in the period of the reservation the city was full of guests. Even she mentioned that there were people asking for rooms, but she did not gave them the reserved room.
• The apartment is on the main street which has a lot of traffic. I think that in the coming period, the building and apartments should be gradually modernized.
