- only cash room quite small no laundry services in less than 36 hours for a 4 star hotel
- Our room was really mediocre. On the gound floor facing the canal but the window was high so it felt like you were in a dungeon and had to stand on your toes to see the river. Bathroom was not great.

Staff were very nice, breakfast was great and the location was good.
Our room was really mediocre. On the gound floor facing the canal but the window was high so it felt like you were in a dungeon and had to stand on your toes to see the river. Bathroom was not great.

This hotel was horrible, the concierge was bad, made horrible suggestions, air conditioning didn't work, shower had broken during our stay, tv was broken, on our last night the jet broke in the lock of the room and we had to switch room.
