- Parking garage elevator not working. My husband is disabled and besides the unavailability of disable spaces, we had to park on the second floor and the elevator did not work. Extremely aggravating.
- Room waa very clean and spacious and it had great view

- Parking inconveniences. Perhaps electric car charge spots could be moved to the second floor to make room for handicapped parking.
- Didn’t include breakfast with that rate
- I paid for the room days before and they charged my boyfriend is never got my money back. Hallway smelled of smoke
