- They are not operating at full cleaning for housekeeping, the staff were not helpful or hospitable. It was painful to speak with all team members, no one knows anything and not trying to help.
- Did not have the room we rented, and gave us a king suite and a cot in return. Didn't offer a refund. Ac was broke, room was 80 all night. And the housekeeping woke us up twice in the morning, and we even told her not to come back. Front desk was rude.
