Pros +
- A nice, quiet location. Perfect for relaxing. The hotel pools were nice and well maintained, as were the lobbies, and dining areas. Food was pretty decent for being all inclusive, and their Santa Rosa restaurant was a nice change of pace from the buffet.
- Service was excellent and attentive. Staff went out of their way to make sure all our needs were taken care of.
- It has a very peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful setting. Attentive staff. Delicious food.
Cons -
- Rooms are dated, and could use a good deep cleaning. Garden view was mostly dirt. There was construction happening by the garden and made some of the sidewalks a tripping hazard. Not what I would consider a 4star hotel but still a nice experience overall.
- No complaints, not one.
- There was nothing wrong with the room. Only beach had lots of mosquito in the evening which you can do nothing about it. Also the pool had some insects which fall into, but it was clean and they clean every morning.

Everything was really nice and the fact it's all inclusive it's makes things a lot better. Internet is fast and you have it in your room/house! Yes, the rooms are really big.
There was nothing wrong with the room. Only beach had lots of mosquito in the evening which you can do nothing about it. Also the pool had some insects which fall into, but it was clean and they clean every morning.
