On a quiet street and had an amazing breakfast. Clean and friendly staff, easy to walk around the old town.

Room was really small. Breakfast had limited vegan options.

Everything was perfect, nice guests, perfect location exactly in the city center, tasty breakfast and very nice room equipped with all you need.

We had a great time at the hotel with excellent staff who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is great for exploring Győr and we had a very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Thank you!

Breakfast ok, perfect location few minutes walking from city center.

Nothing to comment... Maybe bathroom different aranged. (toilet too close to wall and shower)

Central locaton.

The bed sheets were not changed, and the pillow case was full of dirty spots. After asking to change the room I was given a new one with a malfunctioned hair dryer and no soap or bath gel. The hotel seemed as empty with not many guests.

noisy at night from partypeople in bars and on the streets, but with windows closed no problem. Walls like paper, so you hear every noise on the aisle or from neighbour rooms. Breakfast is ok, could be better...

The location is great and the hotel building is old and nicely renovated.

The room was dirty, we found a handful of hair and dirt in the middle of the bad. The other bad sheet was also dirty (we had a triple room).Also, the bathroom is not great, the sink is 2 cm away from the toilet

Could do with a kettle for tea and coffee.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Organised a taxi for us when we left and assisted us with providing our destination to the taxi driver. We requested a hair dryer and it was promptly delivered. Congratulations on amazing from the staff. Breakfast staff was very helpful. Breakfast was really great value for Euro $10.Excellent location, walking distance to the town centre, railway and town hall.Great value for the room.

The air conditioner didn't work, not an issue for May but hopefully it will work in summer. They were renovating so perhaps that was the reason.Would have been useful to have tea/coffee making facilities.

A bit pricey, 12 euros tax for a small dog plus 8 euros for the parking plus 2.5 euros for the city tax

Parking, bathroom, small window, pictures were not the same with reality, so narrow corridors, cleaning.

Located in the old-town, sights are easily accessible from here. Nice staff, home-y atmosphere.

A bit old-fashioned. Relatively small rooms. Good for 1-2 nights, but not comfortable for longer stays.Parking at property costs extra.

Breakfast is not bad, quite a good selection, they can also make scrambled eggs or ham and eggs on request. The room is spacious, the location of the hotel is perfect, practically in the town centre.

It was very cold in the bathroom, the heating only runs in the room, so you have to heat the bathroom by opening the door. It's almost impossible to sit on the toilet, it's squeezed right up against the wall. Parking is possible in the courtyard of the hotel, but right when you book the hotel warns that it cannot be reserved, so in the end you prefer to park in the parking house anyway - which fortunately is not far and is even much cheaper.

It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was a decent size and clean. There was ample wardrobe space, too, and a table on which I could work plus a dresser. The chairs were comfortable, too.

Some of the enamel from the bathtub had been worn away, leaving a brown mark. The hairdryer was broken (cracked) and sparked then smoked when I tried to use it. I meant to inform reception of this but I kept forgetting due to my schedule while in Győr. Also as it started to get colder, I noticed my radiators weren’t turning on. However, reception quickly provided me with a portable radiator.

Great location in centre of old town but very noisy as a result

We travelled with 2 dogs. As a result charged an additional E24 for the night and given the worst smelling damp room in the hotel. Very disappointed and the staff could not explain why the dogs were 3x the price of off road parking. Ridiculous ripoff. Not pet friendly as advertised
