Nothing at all

I did not like the customer service, the lack of activities and entertainment. I did not like the outdated pools and condition of the lobby furniture. The food options are terrible. I would never stay with them again when I visit Costa Rica.

Hotel employee at check in was very helpful! Overall the staff are really nice and friendly.

Water was not working at time.

The location is great. You will see monkeys and the views are specatacular.

I wasn't too please with the nightlife they offer. They could have more activities for grown adults instead of karaoke

The pool and beach are beautiful, the restaurants (Italian and Japanese) are good.

The buffet they had wasn¿t all that good. Also, I experienced my birthday there, they don¿t do anything special. They don¿t have candles. They have ONE bad server, he is the heavier set man, & he serves the special restaurants. He is super rude & mean.

The assistant in the gift shop was wonderful. The dining room staff was quick with service & any needed requests. Same with the bar staff. Vegetation was well taken care of & beautiful. The drivers we friendly & helpful. The buffet dinner was tasty.

The place is older & too big for the staff to handle. The staff member who checked me in had an attitude before I said "Hello, may I check in?" She was rude & curt. I had to ask to make sure alcohol was actually added to my drink. Not worth the price.

Nice amenities and close to everything we wanted to see.

Make sure you know what package you are getting when it comes to meals or you will be limited to one reservation every three days. All other meals will be in the buffet.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Nice pool areas. They offer a fantastic selection of excursions through a company they partner with. The food service director, Enrique, was absoloutely fantastic and was able to assist me several times.

Check in was not good. It took 1 1/2 hours for the hotel to provide me with a key that worked. We arrived rather late and not being able to freely enter and exit my room was very upsetting. My friend and i were not impresesd with the front desk staff.

Unfriendly staff, especially in the buffet, restaurant, front desk areas. The room had multiple issues and it took hotel days to address some of them but not all. The food and drinks were mediocre. No entertainment at all.

Great location on the beach above the cliff, great views from the room. Great wet bar with a lot of cocktail choices. Friendly staff and good maintenance service (fixed our room door issue even late at night).

The buffet has a good spread with many salads, breads, and dessert choices, but the main entree options could be improved. More a la carte dinner nights (currently once for every 3 nights of stay) would be better and make it feel more premium.

I didn¿t like the rude staff, the poor WiFi, the cheap no name brand water down liquor, no entertainment, pool closed at 6pm, disco close at 10pm, and i can keep going and going. This ADULT resort was HORRIBLE, in every single way!!! I would never return

The location and the hotel itself was beautiful

SOME of the employees where so indifferent specially at the front desk.

The drinks were good and not watered down like most all inclusive, and the disco was nice. Up to date music of all genres.

For an all adult resort, I expected there to be more singles and for the activities to be more adult themed and open longer. The pool and pool bar closed at 5p. No shows or interactive entertainment.

Could not get dinner reservations the night we showed up except at the buffet. The restaurant was over half empty and the staff was willing to seat us as long as they would book us at the front desk however they were adamant that they were full.

Beautiful location, good food, great drinks and plenty to do to keep you entertained. It's pretty close to the airport. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and it's large and peaceful. The pool is busy! We liked the hotel and would return.

There were a few missed opportunities to impress with their customer service but overall we were pleased. Our room was being repaired so that was disappointing. I know that we got a good deal but a room in better repair would have been nice.

Pros: Tasty food, great service, beautiful grounds, easily accessible beach

Cons: lacking food variety, slow wifi, rude front desk staff

Too expensive for the service provided
