- Hotel employee at check in was very helpful! Overall the staff are really nice and friendly.
Cons -
- I did not like the customer service, the lack of activities and entertainment. I did not like the outdated pools and condition of the lobby furniture. The food options are terrible. I would never stay with them again when I visit Costa Rica.
- filthy place the workets gave no clue what they are talkng about and chargf an extrs 320 bucks for the rooms that wete supposed to have 2 double beds but they do mot

Nothing at all
