The location was excellent to my family and very convenient to restaurants and to activities in DC!

The carpet had a bad smell. Although I had housekeeping every day, the cleaning was not thorough. I think the place needs some renovation

Location was optimal. Really liked the area where it was located. Was close enough to the DC area and easy transportation to VA surburbs and Maryland.
The quality of service for the price of the room was not appropriate. No continental breakfast offering for the price paid is honestly a travesty.

Starbucks on site! Amazing location, distance to train and very nice neighborhood.
For the price of my stay, the breakfast could have been included and parking as well. I was a little shocked to pay for these

The room was very comfortable and appeared very clean. The hotel is well situated (close to a metro station and entertainment), and the hotel restaurant offers a selection of dishes and a full bar.
There was a slight absence of service in the hotel restaurant/bar area - for example, staff not checking up with tables and failure to clear empty glasses for patrons. In principle, I also don't like paying a "resort fee", even when known beforehand.

My daughter lives 10 minutes away and I have tried several hotels in Arlington/Ballston area. This was the best in comfort, amenities, cleanliness and friendly staff. I really appreciated the availability of several food options in the hotel, as well as, in the area.
