Communication with hotel staff was easy in english, there was no language barrier, I really appreciate that given the fact I do not speak Portuguese. Very nice stay everything was done the way we like.

This is a superb hotel! Coffee and snacks laid out before breakfast at 5 am for early risers! Quiet room and comfortable beds. Even allowed us to check in early.

Room was very large and comfortable, staff extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable, 24 hour room service, great location within ten minutes to the main train station, restaurant food very good and more.

The spa was kind of a joke. I went to have a facial and massage. Massage wasn't good at all and the "guy" just rubbed all over my face and hair for a half hour for my "facial". 😳😬 Note: the gym and spa are not part of the hotel or owned by the hotel

The staff was warm and welcoming.

Not having a pool is the only reason it is the inly reason I am not giving it a 10/10 for the overall experience.

Staff were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of tasty meals. Room had good space and bed was superb comfortable to have a good quality sleep. Location is convenient, close to the Pombal Square.

The bathroom needs 2 hooks on the back of the bathroom door. 2 in the shower are insufficient. There was insufficient storage. One luggage rack was insufficient for 2 traveler. Had to wait over 1/2 hour for a second one. Nice to have 2 sinks. Unfortunately, that left very little counter space for toiletries. Most of the mirror in which to apply make-up or dry your hair was blocked by the TV. Could not use hair dryer in the bathroom since there weas no outlet for it.

Disappointed

Bathroom smelt like pee and a few of the lamps had light bulbs that weren’t working.called concierge for extra water and it never came.

Comfortable stay. Excellent choice of breakfast. Clean rooms.

Room rates are pricy for my budget. bit away from main attractions and Metro. Had to use taxi to and fro from hotel.

Welcoming, clean, great breakfast, room included all necessary amenities. Also, thank you so much for helping me out when I realised I couldn’t pay taxi by card and had no currency!

Concierge gave information about the main area of Lisbon (by waterfront) but, he should have given other useful information, such as the best way to travel, other landmarks to visit, etc.We didn’t like the omelette ordered for breakfast at all, sorry!

Very comfortable well appointed hotel. The real highlight is the staff. So friendly and helpful. Food was wonderful and well presented. Big shout out to Pedro the brilliant food and beverage manager. Thank you.

The bar furniture is very old and depressing...and the bathroom lighting is depressing as well
