- Gorgeous hotel, beautiful property. The design and decor were spot on and picture perfect across the property. The rooms were nice, linens were divine. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. Amazing pool with a beautiful view. Convenient to drive to and explore Noto / Syracuse, but Ill admit that it was hard to decide whether to explore or to just enjoy the beautiful space. Friendly staff.
- The breakfast was fabulous. The refurbished old buildings were very cool and inspirational. The country setting beautiful
- Everything was wonderful -- the location, design, food, atmosphere, the sunbeds in nature by the pool. Really hospitable and kind staff. A truly relaxing experience set in wonderful backdrop of the valley. We had an amazing time at Dimora an will definitely go back.
Cons -
- Lunch / dinner were good, but wish there were some simpler options. Room felt a tad small but its okay.
- Didn't like the dinners. Although the service was exceptional, and the setting gorgeous, not all the dishes were deserving of the high prices, and all portions were tiny. Also, we were a group of 6 and they told us that we had to order the same thing because the chef didn't like to prepare 6 different dishes. This policy that turned us all off.
