Beautiful room, quiet, and great location.
Valet Parking was $60 in the welcome email and online, it actually ended up being $70, plus tax it was $87. I might have chosen to have been dropped off since I live locally. Also was told I would get a welcome drink, and when I asked the employees about it they said they knew nothing about that.

Nice room, comfortable beds, very quiet. Loved the Swiss Chalet themed bar area, friendly staff
Didn’t feel like the floors in our room were as clean as they should have been.

The hotel was nice. We had a room on the top floor. It was spacious and lean and had a great bathroom with large tub. Lounge area in the room was also big enough for multiple people to sit and hang out. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Had crib for baby with baby care products included.
The golf and spa centers were closed for a private event so we could not make the most of the facilities. There was supposed to be a $25 credit voucher per a message from Booking.com, but the hotel did not honor it.Parking is SUPER expensive $60/n +tip. But we literally found parking at a meter across the street from the hotel. But it would be annoying if we weren't only there for one day because we would have had to move it during business hours during the week.

Great location. Walkable to pikes and local area. Beds comfortable, though partner said was too soft.
Carpets in room stained. Shower did not drain fast. Coffee in room not free. Expensive property.

The hotel provides a great location, great comfort in the bedrooms, and great facilities.
Based on my previous experiences, I think the hotel is overpriced. It gives you great quality, but it is extremely expensive. But the price can be influenced by the location (Seattle).

An exceptional spot to stay in downtown Seattle. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with luxurious touches that make the stay extra special. The location is perfect. A short walk to Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Highly recommend.
The bellman scrtched my brand-new Hermes bag. What a shame
