Although under renovation, the hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The location is very unsafe and has a liquor store in the parking lot which stays open all night so there are lots vehicles and fights all night. Less than favorable people will approach you, there's a mental facility across the street as well.

Under construction and no notice that it was. Room had a scented dehumidifier that the smell was unpleasant.

The rooms were too humid and musty. Most likely due to the indoor pool and design of the ventilation system. There were cute little dehumidifiers in the rooms, but they did not remove the dampness.

It was a 7 minute drive to downtown Athens (but also near a location that services displaced people so there were a lot of them wandering around.)

The hotel clearly has an air filtration problem. There are dehumidifiers in every room.?that?s indicator number one. Our first room smelled so strongly of urine we couldn?t stay and the new room was musty and had multiple air fresheners stuck on the wall!

Old mattress was disgusting and the place was dated. The manger told me the next morning they are renivated soon. Its nit a bad place but needs work

I saw a sign that said dont serve locals. Meaning the people that live in town or surrounding areas cant book a room there ?? I asked but never gotten a reason why. And need a better variety selection with the downstairs mini store.

Very big and spacious. You have a den setup in the king suite then the bedroom. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Plenty of rags and towels. Plus very very clean hotel from time you walk into the entrance to getting settled in your room.

Bed bugs. Had them in both beds, had to pack our stuff and leave before our end of stay. Still burning our clothes to get rid of them.

The breakfast, the staff, & the lobby/breakfast area.

Filthy rooms that smelled of mildew, were outdated and in need of deep cleaning, & major repairs. Broken furniture, hair in mini fridge, very dirty walls, & very dirty sofa. They moved us to a second room but it wasn¿t much better! Was also dingy & damp.

Price and availability were average for the area. I have stayed there in the past and it was convenient to where I was visiting. Room was clean and linens were freshly laundered.

Hotel room is in need of update and renovation. There was a light fixture missing a bezel over the shower, water stains, minor wall damage and some missing trim pieces on accents in the room. The tub/ shower drain also drained slowly.

Proximity to Sanford Stadium. Sold Coke products.

Room smelled like mildew. Towels were damp and felt cheap. One bed was broken. Couch was uncomfortable.

Affordability and the pool. Exercise room. Breakfast was great.

A woman getting in the elevator with her 200lb dog saying it was her emotional support animal. Service animals are necessary but emotional support animals are not trained in the same manner and shouldn't be allowed the same privilege.

Nice size room. Continental breakfast was good and the staff member kept it very clean.

The room was muggy and smelled like mold. Stains everywhere

This hotel is in Serious need of updating and paint. When this is done it will be a very nice place to stay. Until it is updated I will not be staying there again.

The staff was very nice and they cleaned as best they could but the hotel is just old.

Printer did not work for boarding g pass Sink had major leak that flooded bathroom floor and housekeeping put down a towel, never reported so I had to do that Breakfast options limited to sausage gravy and biscuits with eggs which is bad choice

Room was intensely infected with mildew, via smell and sight. Coming out of the bathroom baseboard. Bathroom floor flooded with each shower. Hole in the wall, paper-thin divider wall to next room with loud baby screaming. No sleeping pillow (throws only).

The room was ok. It is an older hotel.

I did not like that. Either of my room phone worked. Our whole floor smelled like weed and my poor mother got a headache from the weed smell in her room.

Breakfast and dining area was good.

The hotel itself was dark and needing additional lighting. Our bed frame was broken.
