- my reservation was all-inclusive but the resort refused to provide all inclusive , pay ---dollars per night
- The cleanliness was subpar. Stains on the couch and sheets. Bath towels were supposed to be white but were stained yellow and tattered like rags. Bath tub water was yellow. Key card to room could not be set up for one day of stay.

I do not understand how this hotel is classified as a Five Star Hotel. Nothing good to say really.
1. The room had dirty walls, dirty floors and dusty areas. The sheets and towels did not smell clean at all. 2. Damp room and humid smell. Even the bed felt damp. 3. The door for the balcony did not lock. They told us all the rooms were the same.
