- Availability and staff friendliness
- The restaurant was closed and the theme park nearby that we wanted the children to enjoy was closed which was the main reason we chose the location was for the children to enjoy the go-karts and the game room
- Short drive to beaches. Front desk staff was excellent.
Cons -
- Toilet ran off and on all night. We brought it to their attention
- We were not given room keys. Had to have a staff open our room whenever we needed to enter.
- The pool was very lousy, it was small and dirty and the washing machines were broken so we couldn't clean our clothes at the hotel this was a major inconvenience
