- Very clean
- I liked all the Christmas decorations. It really put me in the holiday spirit. Mostly, it was a very clean room which was exceptional and the Dove products were a bonus! Great hamburger too!
- Everything was very good. All the staff met in person were professional and helpful. The room was nicely kept. The view was not so nice, but it was ok. The food at the Mainland was exceptionally good. Thank you.

- I didn't like my cosmopolitan. Too bitter.
- When I called to confirm with reservations, the female employee was rude and abrupt. and was not happy that the reservations were make through a 3rd party site. Very unpleasant woman.

Outdoor bar and eating area. It was clean with a pleasant staff. Love the free coffee.
Our room overlooked the roof and air conditioners.
