- Had to have key re-keyed and it was again a problem luckily maintenance guy was there and helped
- Overpriced and poorly maintained. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in both the hallways and my room, and the overall condition felt rundown. For what they charge, this is completely unacceptable. I expected a clean, comfortable stay and did not get one.
